Q Are all guests required to have a completed/signed waiver?

For insurance purposes, all participants must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian(court assigned). For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. You may fill out our waiver when you arrive at Rebounderz or on line waivers may be accessed by selecting the waiver process tab.

What do I do if a parent of a child isn’t going to attend the party and how do I get the waiver for that child filled out online?

Q When is open jump time?
Open jump time is whenever we are open. We do recommend that on Saturday’s and Sunday’s that you make a reservation by clicking on the ‘Reserve Your Jump Time’ button and pre-purchasing your jump time. Tickets must be purchased 24 hours in advance. You can reserve a Jump Time for the same day by purchasing an available time slot at the front desk. Sorry, we cannot take reservations over the phone.

Q How do I schedule a Rebounderz Party?
It’s easy! Just go to www.RebounderzSterling.com and on the left hand side you will see a Birthday/Parties tab. Next, click party packages where you are able to view all of the rooms that we provide and what our birthday package includes. Then click the button that says, “Click here to book your party.” Then you will be able to look at what days are available.

Q It asks for my credit card, is this information secure? 
Yes, your information is secure. We ask for a $75 non-refundable deposit to hold the slot for you. The day of your event you can pay the balance with an alternative card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or cash if you would like.

Q Will we have to share the trampoline or party room with anyone else?
One of the great benefits of Rebounderz is that you have your own party room with a dedicated party hostess. You will be jumping with other parties and the general public. We do put the general public on a wait until we are at our maximum capacity.  If you wish to upgrade, you can rent a private jumper space for $125.00.  This area would be available for 35 minutes of your 70 minute jump time.

Q How many guests can I invite?
Please refer to the party package section of the website for the designated guest count. You may invite up to 15 jumpers for our regular package, and any additional jumper is at an additional cost per jumper, please contact info@RebounderzSterling.com for additional information. Parents of the children attending the party are not included in the guest count.  The maximum capacity for our birthday party rooms is 24 guests so please keep that in mind for additional guests and jumpers for your party.

Q What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15-­20 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to allow for check in and to fill out the waiver if you haven’t already done so.
• Please try not to arrive earlier than 20 minutes prior to the party time, as there will likely be another group in the room.

Q Do I need to stay at the party?
The birthday parents are required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!

Q Are socks required?
Yes!  Each guest is required to have a pair of Rebounderz jump socks.  These are $3.00 a pair and are reusable and can be used at any Rebounderz facilities.(Any guests that are below toddler size 10 must bring soft-soled athletic shoes).

Q Will Rebounderz provide supervision on the trampolines?
Our fun and friendly referees will provide supervision on trampolines so you can relax and enjoy the party!

Q Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
Typically a child can jump with a cast under the following conditions.

1) The cast is approaching its removal date (2 weeks or less) and 2) the cast or splint has no protruding areas that could damage the trampolines. Also note that a child’s center of gravity and mass may be affected by the cast so parents must keep this in mind. The manager on duty ultimately reserves the right to make the call whether it’s safe for the child to jump.

Q Can I spend more than the designated playtime on the trampolines?
In regards to birthday parties, we do not allow additional time on the trampolines. However, the general public can purchase additional jump time if space is available.

Q Can we start the party in the party room?
Because we’ve found that full tummies and jumping don’t mix, our parties begin on the trampolines.

Q Will there be a Rebounderz staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes, each party is assigned a party hostess so the parents can relax and enjoy the party!

Q Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. A cleaning fee maybe applied if these items are used.

Absolutely! We will set up the party room and clean up afterwards.

Q What are the beverages you offer in the party room?
Bottled water per jumper is included. You may add on an additional drink stand (Fruit Punch, Lemonade, or Pink Lemonade) for $15 that serves 30-­40 cups. Or a pitcher of soda for $6.

Q Are there options that I can add to make my party even more special?
Yes. We can provide you with helium balloons, drink stands, arcade tokens, specialty pizzas, and a variety of platter options (additional charges apply). PLEASE NOTE: Platter orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to the date of the party.

Q When should I order pizza, beverages, balloons, & other options?
We will contact you (e-­mail or phone) typically 1 week prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.

Q How many slices are in a pizza?
There are 10 slices in a large pizza. We can box any leftovers for you to take home.

Q Can I bring food to my party?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, or ice cream. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted due to health codes.

Q What if fewer/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza balloons or goodie bag order?
For pizza, your order has been placed the night before and cannot be lowered on the day of your party. However, depending on the time of your party, you may be able to add to your order. Platters require 48 hour notice to order.

Q What if I need to reschedule my party?
Please keep in mind that the $75 deposit is non-refundable, however if you need to reschedule your party then you we ask that your reschedule within one week of notifying us of the postponement. Please email Info@RebounderzSterling.com if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Yes, we have a refrigerator and freezer you can use for your cakes.

Q What is your inclement weather policy?
A lot of planning and preparation goes into creating a great party experience for you. We come in early and prepare for you, even on snowy days. It is very rare that we will close and cancel your party. We are usually open even when school activities and community centers close. In the very rare case that we must close due to SEVERE weather conditions; it is our policy to charge you for the party you have scheduled, but provide you with a 30-­day window to rebook your party.

We will communicate with you in the event that Rebounderz Sterling closes. In the event that we do need to close for safety reasons, we will send you an email to advise you.
