SCHEDULE OF CLASSES:
AIRXERCISE Spring Workout Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
AIRXERCISE classes offer a full body workout that is unique and fun. You will work cardio, core, and balance.
Monday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
X Out is a full body workout with a focus on cardio, endurance & lower body strengthening
Wednesday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Our Ninja Night Class focuses on the upper body, arms, back, and shoulders. We utilize our exclusive Ninja Warrior Course for this class.
Tuesday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
The Circuit class is our AIRXERCISE Workout Course that allows you to go at your own pace.
- $10.00 for Drop-In Class
- $79.00 for 10-session Air X Card
