Join the Fitness Challenge

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES:

Air X Fall Workout Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Air X classes offer a full body workout that is unique and fun. You will work cardio, core, and balance.

X Out:

Monday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

X Out is a full body workout with a focus on cardio, endurance & lower body strengthening

Ninja Night:

Wednesday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Our Ninja Night Class focuses on the upper body, arms, back, and shoulders. We utilize our exclusive Ninja Warrior Course for this class.

Circuit:

Tuesday & Friday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

The Circuit class is our Air X Workout Course that allows you to go at your own pace.

PRICING:
  • $10.00 for Drop-In Class
  • $79.00 for 10-session Air X Card
