Share the dress code with parents.

Don’t worry! The dress code at Rebounderz is anything but formal. But it’s a good idea to encourage parents to bring children in clothing that’s suitable for all of the activities their kids will be doing. Avoid skirts unless they have pants or shorts underneath. Leggings or shorts are appropriate along with a short or long-sleeved t-shirt. Comfortable athletic clothing is best! Most of our activities and attraction require you to wear no shoes and put on our special Rebounderz socks, instead. These will be provided as a part of your party package for up to 15 children.

Be informed about any guest’s food allergies.

When parent’s RSVP to you, make sure you know about any food sensitivities that their child might have. Most parents are great about giving you the information without you even asking, but it’s still a good idea to check in. You don’t want to serve a cake with nuts in it when it could put your guests in danger. If you have several guests with the same allergy, you might consider providing an alternative treat for them or encouraging their parents to send something along.

Get an accurate RSVP count.

Our party packages are suitable for up to 15 children, but you can always add more for a small additional cost! Unfortunately, we cannot discount our party packages for smaller groups. It’s a group idea to try to get an accurate headcount of the number of guests who will be attending your party. No matter how hard you try, though, there is a good chance that the headcount will change by the actual day of the party. That’s okay! If more children unexpectedly show up, our team will do our best to accommodate them, depending on the resources that are available that day. Just let your party coordinator know those extra guests have arrived.

Our party packages are pretty robust. They include everything you’ll need to have an amazing birthday party. Our best packages include pizza, water bottles, Rebounderz socks, pre-paid video game cards, and more. But if you really want to take this birthday party to the next level, there is even more that we can do for you! Be sure to check out our list of additional items before you book your party and let your birthday party coordinator know if you want to include any of these. Make sure parents know the pick-up time.

Parties are fun but all good times must come to an end. Make sure parents know what time your party ends, too. Most of our party packages include access to the party room for either two or two and a half hours. Because our rooms are so popular, we do have to maintain that schedule. So if parents drop off their children and don’t attend the party themselves (which is allowed as long as they’ve filled out a waiver), just make sure they know what time to come back. It’s a good idea to get a cell phone number of any parents who aren’t staying just in case they forget the pickup time or an emergency occurs.

Let parents take a break.

Let parents know that they are welcome to take a break in our parent’s lounge! While at most parties parents are required to be more hands-on, the beauty of a Rebounderz birthday is that it can be a treat for the adults, as well. Our parent’s lounge has comfortable seating including massage chairs so you can and there is plenty of coffee and wifi available, too. Parents can still keep an eye on their kids from the viewing windows that give a bird’s eye view of the play area, so they can relax while knowing their children are having an amazing time.

Should we open birthday presents during the party?

It’s really up to you! But keep in mind that our birthday party packages come with limited room time due to popularity. Our most popular packages come with 90 minutes of jump time and a private birthday party room for 2.5 hours. So you’ll have about an hour to eat pizza, enjoy cake, and play video games. If you want to fit birthday presents into that time, that’s great! Otherwise, consider opening them at home and sending thank you cards afterward and allow more time for the kids to enjoy our facility.

What are the birthday party rooms like?

Our party rooms are big enough for 15 kids and their parents, and some of our rooms are suitable for even larger crowds! Each of the six rooms is decorated with a special theme, and you can choose from Cities of Fashion, Sports, Beach, Pirate Jungle, Race Car, and Castle. You can see pictures on our birthday party page. The bright murals are like instant decorations for your party! You don’t need to add anything else, so it makes it even easier to get ready for the party. If you do want to decorate, though, talk to your party coordinator about what is and isn’t allowed in the rooms.
