In addition to having state-of-the-art equipment, all Rebounderz locations have set rules in place that help to keep each and every individual visiting safe. When you follow our trampoline park rules, you help to keep our facilities safe and fun for everyone. In order to help you do just that, we’re going to cover a few of the rules you will need to follow whenever you visit a Rebounderz trampoline park.

Listen

The most important thing you will want to do when you play on any of the attractions is to listen to the Referees on duty. Referees are present to make sure that all individuals adhere to the rules as directed in order to protect all participants. A Referee’s decision is always final, and you must listen to their directions.

Always…

There are several rules that you should always follow in order to create a safe and fun environment.

Land on Two Feet

Always land on two feet. It may be fun to bounce all over the place, but it’s important for your own personal safety to land on both feet, whether you’re about to bounce again or are about to step out of the arena. Also, if you’ve doing flips, or bouncing off the side walls, you need to land with two feet as well.

Watch Out for Others

It’s your responsibility to be aware of the people around you, especially if they are smaller. Keep an eye out around you, and don’t go barrelling around the arena. Use caution and keep an eye out.

Never…

Along with there being rules you should always follow, there are several actions you should never do in order to keep Rebounderz safe and fun for everyone.

Fall With Your Arms

It’s important that when you fall, you do a maneuver called a tuck and roll. This is when, instead of reaching out with your arms, you tuck them to your body and roll so that you fall on the trampoline on your back. This way you can easily bounce back to your feet without out the risk of injury to your wrists or arms.

Do More Than One Flip

Never do more than one flip. It’s great and quite enjoyable if you want to do flips, but never do more than one at a time. In addition, you must always land on two feet, so make sure you jump at your level.

Double Bounce

We’re sure you’ve done it on someone’s backyard trampoline, however, double bouncing is incredibly dangerous. This practice of bouncing close to another person to help them gain additional height makes it exceptionally difficult to control a bounce and adds additional, unnecessary risk.

Here at Rebounderz of Newport News, safety always comes first. When you come and visit make sure to follow the rules and have fun at the same time. We look forward to seeing you when you come to visit our Rebounderz location!
